The 107th FS is still in the process to convert from an F-16C/D unit to an A-10 unit. By mid-February 2009, seven A-10s (probably all from the 172nd FS, 110th FW) are now on temporary loan at Selfridge ANGB, until the 127th Wing is ready to officially take ownership of the aircraft in late April. The aircraft at Selfridge now are being used as to get the maintainers fully qualified.
